Our Philosophy

It’s incredibly important to learn what an individual is hoping to gain from the therapeutic relationship. As a provider, there is a wide range of modalities, styles, and approaches that we can take to help a client meet their goals. Therapy can be as structured or as relaxed and laid back as a client is seeking. Some sessions might be very coping tool and skill-based in nature, while other sessions might be a chance for you to sit back and share about a new hobby, tv show you are watching, or a vacation you want to plan that you wish to share with your provider. We believe the most valuable thing about therapy is that it is YOUR SPACE to be completely yourself and have a supportive environment to step outside your daily routine for a moment and feel heard.
